Message from the Head

This is a much shorter newsletter than normal but the staff and I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

While there remains uncertainty over the latest rules and regulations across many areas this Christmas, I sincerely hope that you have a wonderful time with friends and family either here or across the world! The school office will be closed and there won’t be any staff around from 23 December until 4 January. But we will of course continue to observe the latest developments and reevaluate where we are at the very beginning of January and see what covid measures will be in place – look out for an email before school returns.

This week has been lovely and filled with Christmas parties and concerts, snow ball fights near St Cergue and lots of wonderful Christmas jumpers on display. Our Year 11 have finished their mock exams and Year 7 have had their first Secondary parents evening – it has been all go. I hope everyone manages to switch off and rest over the holiday and I look forward to seeing the community back together again on Tuesday 11 January at the normal time.

Merry Christmas!
