Great British Baking

Great British Bakers will learn some basic baking techniques through creating classic recipes such as scones, Victoria sponge cakes, custard tarts, pastry and meringues.

We will start by looking at a recipe and making sure everyone understands the method and then divide into pairs or small groups to bake.
